Andreou Property Strategy - also known as APS - is a Property Consultancy Firm that was established in 1998, but the senior partners have more than 47 years experience in the marketplace.

Since its founding APS has earned the respect of many reputable and well established organisations as one of the most reliable Chartered Surveying and Estate Agency firms on the island. Its clientele list runs very long indeed and this includes most of the commercial banks, cooperative societies as well as other financial institutions. Besides financial institutions APS undertakes considerable valuation work for many legal firms, private and public organisations and private individuals. “Valuation” here is a wider term used to describe asset valuations, compulsory purchase & statutory valuations as well as valuations for occupied property for the European Courts of Human Rights (ECHR); the biggest claim to date has been made by our Firm (about £3,9 million).
As fully Licensed Agents (Reg. No. 378), APS handles a property portfolio that is currently worth over £1bn, which is updated daily.

One of its main activities is property valuation. Properties in excess of £140million were valued during 2005 for finance purposes alone, whereas individual properties valued for investment purposes ranged from as little as £25.000 to in excess of £15million, with a spread all over Cyprus.

The team of APS is in excess of fifteen people and this includes Chartered Valuation Surveyors, Quantity Surveyors, Town Planners, Registered Estate Agents, Economists, Lawyers, Salespeople and secretarial staff.
