In a sense all of us are property valuers. All of us were involved at least once in our lives with property: as a buyer or a seller, a mortgager or a mortgagee and so on. Therefore the perception of ‘property value’ runs very wide.

So what makes a Professional Property Valuer stand out?

There was a time where the answer to this question could just be “a properly qualified person”. In today’s highly competitive world this is insufficient. The Profession has become very sophisticated because to a large extent client needs have become more complex and sophisticated.

This is why at APS we went that extra bit of the way, defying common belief and practices creating a strong research department whose aim is to constantly enhance our knowledge of the marketplace.

Which better way to go about it since our driving force is,

Our greatest achievement is the APS Property Performance Index (APS PPI). It is the FIRST measure of such nature in Cyprus that gives in a quantitative manner the performance of the Cyprus property market. The first- mover advantage in the area unquestionably gives us a market leading status that cannot be overtaken by anyone following suit.
